The Company does not store full payment card details or equivalent payment credentials.

When users participate in squad, ranking, or other public-facing features, their nickname, profile image, and activity data, such as focus time, growth data, or ranking-related data, may be visible to other users.

1) Personal data is generally deleted when the user deletes their account.
2) Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for:
(a) fraud prevention or service integrity purposes, for up to 30 days, or
(b) compliance with legal obligations for the period required by applicable law.
3) Payment-related or dispute-related information may be retained where necessary to comply with platform requirements or applicable law.
6. Data Deletion
1) Personal data is deleted without undue delay when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
2) Electronic records are deleted using methods that make recovery impracticable.
3) Physical records, where applicable, are destroyed by shredding, incineration, or similar methods.
7. User Rights
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may request account deletion.
Users may also opt out of certain personalization features where such controls are available in the Service.

3) The Company is not responsible for discrepancies, delays, or data loss unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Service is not intended for children under 14, or below the minimum age required by law in the user’s jurisdiction.
The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children who are not legally eligible to use the Service. If the Company becomes aware that such data has been collected, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.
